Istaram

Istaram is an Iranian food brand specializing in cakes, cookies and wafers, with documented commercial activity under the Istaram name dating back to 2001.

The brand originated in Alishah, Shabestar, in East Azerbaijan Province, initially focusing on cake and cookie production. Over time, its product portfolio expanded to include filled and coated cakes, cupcakes, roll cakes, layer cakes, traditional cookies and a variety of wafers.

Istaram products are manufactured by Aseman Bahram Alishah Co., which operates manufacturing facilities in the Alishah area and maintains its head office in Tabriz.

In addition to serving the Iranian market, Istaram has developed export activities in regional markets. The company has also incorporated quality-management and food-safety standards into its manufacturing operations.
