Telavang

Telavang is an Iranian brand specializing in eggs, processed egg products and protein-based foods.

The business behind the brand traces its origins to 1977, when operations began in Iran's poultry sector. Egg production subsequently became part of the business in the early 1980s.

A defining stage in Telavang's brand development occurred around 2000–2001. During this period, the company began identifying and tracing eggs by their production source and introduced greater differentiation in product quality, handling and presentation. This initiative helped establish Telavang as a consumer-facing brand in a market where eggs had traditionally been sold largely as an undifferentiated commodity.

Telavang subsequently expanded from packaged shell eggs into egg processing and value-added foods. Its portfolio has included pasteurized liquid egg and egg white, ready-to-eat egg-based products and protein-oriented foods developed for different consumer segments.

Telavang Egg Industries Co., one of the principal legal entities responsible for the brand's manufacturing activities, was registered in 2002. The company's main manufacturing facility is located in Nasirabad Industrial Estate in Robat Karim, Tehran Province, while its head office is located on Azadi Street in Tehran.

Telavang also has a documented history of participation in the international egg industry. Historical records from the International Egg Commission show the company's involvement in international industry activities, while more recent scientific publications document research collaboration involving Telavang Company in the fields of egg safety and processing.
