About Action
Action is an Iranian chewing gum and snack brand manufactured by Masterfoodeh Food Industries Co., part of Golrang Industrial Group.
The Action trademark was registered by Masterfoodeh before the brand's commercial launch, but Action officially entered the Iranian market in 2017. For brand-history purposes, 2017 therefore represents the most appropriate founding year for the consumer brand.
From the beginning, Action was positioned around a youthful identity built on energy, movement and excitement. Its product portfolio developed around sugar-free chewing gum with differentiated flavors and functional concepts, including energy gums, vitamin-enriched gums and caffeinated products. The brand has also participated in the coffee-based powdered beverage category.
Action products are manufactured within Masterfoodeh's industrial network. The company established its first manufacturing plant in Eshtehard and subsequently expanded into several production sites in Eshtehard, Nowbaran and Nazarabad. A dedicated production site opened in Nowbaran in late 2018 to manufacture chewing gum for the Biodent and Action brands.
Action remains commercially active nearly a decade after its launch. Continued retail availability and the introduction of a new caffeinated “Wake-Up Gum” in 2026 demonstrate ongoing product development and market activity.
