About Alis
Alis is an Iranian brand operating across the beverage and dairy industries. Its development began in 2005 in Chenaran Industrial City, Razavi Khorasan Province, within an industrial structure that later expanded into several specialized manufacturing companies.
Today, the Alis production ecosystem includes companies such as Cheshmeh Noushan Khorasan, Nik Rose Chenaran, and Bahar Rose Alis Chenaran. This multi-company structure means that the Alis brand operates across different segments of the beverage and dairy industries rather than being represented by a single legal entity.
An important milestone in the development of this structure was the entry of Bahar Rose Alis Chenaran into Iran's capital market. The company was incorporated in 2009, began commercial operations in 2015, and its shares have been traded on Iran Fara Bourse under the ticker “ALIS” since 2023. Foodex Iran therefore attributes stock-market information specifically to Bahar Rose Alis Chenaran rather than to the entire Alis brand or its other affiliated companies.
Alis has continued to expand its industrial and organizational capabilities. In 2026, Cheshmeh Noushan Khorasan, one of the companies associated with the Alis group, was recognized as a Selected Industrial Unit in Iran's food and pharmaceutical industries for its 2025 performance.
