Aidin

Aidin is a long-established Iranian brand in the chocolate, confectionery and snack industry, operated by Dadash Baradar Co.

The origins of the business date back to the 1940s in Tabriz, where the founders began producing candies and a butter-style toffee known as Reis. As the business expanded, Dadash Baradar Co. was formally registered in 1962 and gradually adopted industrial machinery to increase production capacity and diversify its product portfolio.

The Aidin trademark was subsequently introduced in the early 1980s and became the principal commercial identity for a growing range of chocolates, toffees, caramels, candies, wafers, biscuits, cakes and related confectionery products.

Following changes in the family's business structure in the late 2000s, the Aidin operation continued separately from the business that developed the Shoniz brand.

Aidin's main manufacturing operations are based outside Tabriz in East Azerbaijan Province. The company also maintains a nationwide network of distribution centers and remains active in both domestic and export markets.
