About Jomaneh
Jomaneh is a long-established Iranian food brand specializing in biscuits and grain-based snacks.
The brand traces its roots to 1973–1974, when Haj Khalil Ansari established Ansari Food Industries and began producing traditional foods based on barley flour and mulberry nectar.
Early products included barley bread, barley biscuits and traditional cookies. As consumer demand increased, the products gained wider distribution across Iran under the Jomaneh name.
A major stage in the brand's development took place in 1996–1997. During this period, the Jomaneh trade name entered formal commercial development and industrial production lines for biscuits, cakes and cookies were introduced, enabling the business to move from traditional manufacturing into large-scale production.
Today, Jomaneh's main production operations are located in Baharestan Industrial Town in Alborz Province. Its portfolio includes barley biscuits, digestive and multigrain products, sugar-free biscuits, seed-based varieties and other grain-focused snacks.
Barley and mulberry nectar remain part of Jomaneh's historical product identity, while the company's portfolio has continued to evolve in response to changing consumer preferences.
