About Razavi
Razavi is one of Iran's long-established food brands, with roots extending to a bakery established at Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad in 1967. As demand increased, the operation was formally incorporated as Nan Quds Razavi Co. in 1972, marking the transition from a local bakery operation into an industrial food business.
Over the following decades, the company expanded its production infrastructure and broadened its portfolio well beyond bread. Its current operations cover bread, cakes, cookies, strudels, croissants, donuts, biscuits, wafers, confectionery and several other packaged-food categories.
Product innovation has also extended into specialized nutrition. Razavi has obtained permits for gluten-free bread and products designed for people with PKU, expanding part of its portfolio toward specific dietary needs.
The company's corporate name was changed to Razavi Food Industry Co. in 2020. It later converted to public joint-stock status, and its shares were listed and offered on Iran Fara Bourse in June 2025 under the ticker “NAN.”
From Foodex Iran's perspective, Razavi represents more than longevity. Its development illustrates the transformation of a traditional bread operation into a diversified industrial food company with direct retail channels, specialized products and access to Iran's public capital market.
