About Jahan
Jahan is an Iranian food brand active in pasta, macaroni, noodles, traditional grain-based products and tea.
The business behind Jahan traces its heritage to 1966–1967, when Bahram Haji Karimloo established a tea trading operation in Tehran's historic bazaar.
During the following decades, the business expanded through different products and commercial names, including Gelin and Bamdad. A significant stage in the evolution of the current Jahan brand took place in 2001–2002, when the Jahan tea operation was established in Simin Dasht near Karaj.
The group subsequently expanded into pasta and grain-based food manufacturing. Construction of the modern Jahan pasta factory began in 2006–2007, and the facility became operational in 2008–2009 in Abik, Qazvin Province.
Further development included the establishment of Jahan's noodle manufacturing operation in Safadasht and additional facilities producing traditional Iranian noodles.
Jahan's current portfolio includes spaghetti, bucatini, shaped pasta, vermicelli, soup noodles and instant noodles, while tea remains part of the group's historical and commercial identity.
Jahan Setareh Arya operates as the principal corporate entity associated with the brand today. The company continues to invest in pasta-production capacity and serves both domestic and export markets.
