NC MACARON is a long-established Iranian pasta and noodle brand with origins dating back to 1972. The business began production in the Yaftabad area of Tehran and, as its manufacturing operations expanded, relocated its main production facility to Safadasht Industrial Town in 1996. The brand has continued to develop its production capacity and product portfolio over the following decades.

Pasta and traditional noodles remain at the core of NC MACARON's business. Its portfolio includes spaghetti, shaped pasta, ash noodles, rice noodles, vermicelli and lasagna, alongside selected complementary food products such as baking mixes, flour, soy products and breadcrumbs.

Production technology has played an important role in the brand's development. In 2014/15, the company introduced a fully automated production line for traditional ash noodles and subsequently continued to expand its manufacturing infrastructure for pasta and noodle products. Its Safadasht facility remains the brand's principal production base.

NC MACARON also has a history of international activity, with its products having been supplied to markets outside Iran over the years. The continued availability of NC-branded products through selected international retail and distribution channels reflects this export heritage.

NC MACARON's long association with pasta and traditional Iranian noodles remains an important part of its identity.
